I ordered an iced coffee and breakfast sandwich with another drink. After I paid they asked what it was I ordered and then started making it. I received my coffee and it was warm and no ice or caramel syrup. We got the sandwich but not the other drink. I asked for the other drink and they just seemed annoyed and then never gave us straws.
