When busy the manager told an employee not to take orders on front counter, customers can use the self check out because they were busy. I will never go back to Clio McDonald's again. They make it so difficult to order anything special on there new touch order. They act like it's a chore to take your order by person and then they can't even get you your order until you go ask foe it, and they then can't find your order and think a free pie is going to make up foe it. The lobby was NOT CLEAN either.

I stood at the registers for 5 minutes while apl the employees ignored my presence before i witnessed the manager tell an employee not to take my order because i could use the kiosk! I stop often at the clios McDonald’s during the week for breakfast and I’m never disappointed but these weekend workers! I ordered 2 large coffees and they both came cold. With a profit margin averaging 90% on Ice Tea you would think McDonald's could afford to keep fresh lemon slices in stock. This McDonald's went 2 weeks recently without lemons. They got them back for a week now they are out again. Should it make a big difference? You may think not but what if you like lettuce or tomatoes on your burger and they consistently were out of either. Would it matter to you? It's not like Walmart isn't close by and they do sell lemons. Don't give me the excuse that all products have to come in in a McDonald's truck. Take care of the customer's.
