Was told to pull up for them to bring out my order. Waited 45 minutes and never received my food. I could not get out to inquire because my two young children were in the car. The two cars in front of me also never received their food. Will be calling for a refund. Horrible service. Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible !!! Customer service is the worst I have been yelled at cussed at along with other customers . As a delivery driver also I refuse to pick up orders from this location . I have been ignored when trying to pickup on numerous occasions . I can’t tell you how many times I have been told to pull up front and wait as a customer and driver and then just forgot about. I don’t know why the owner is still allowing these employees to have jobs there the way they treat people here on the Island. Take the extra few minutes and go to the one on Johnny Mercer at least you won’t be cussed out or forgot about . Room temperature burger not good. Mid-aged lady at window 2 longer black curly hair was blah, blah , blah. Experienced drive-through. Opened burger immediately at room temp. Overall, gave a bad vibe! Bad Mojo…won’t be back any time soon. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

the audacity of the minimum wage b!tches at this location is amazing LMAO if you want to have your money taken from you and not refunded for orders literally PAID FOR on the mobile app and then told “oops we dont have it, figure it out yourself” despite having a confirmation # and everything, with the absolute worst nastiest little attitude from almost every single employee working, def come to this location LOL, otherwise PLEASE believe myself and the many other negative reviews for this location before you make the decision to simply drive to wilmington or victory drive to actually be treated like a human being who pay these girls bills LMFAO. it is beyond important to be humble in this life- amen 🙏 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Never had a good experience here before either I show up and they are closed or I show up and no one takes my order for 20 minutes one time they told me their mic was off after I drove up to the window to ask why no one would take my order. Just close it already! Employees look like they would rather drink gasoline than work another second. It’s every single time. Walking around on their phones, place is packed. Couldn’t care less. Got to the payment window and asked to redeem my free iced coffee from the McDonald’s app. Employee servicing me at this time was nice and said it wasn’t an issue. The problem occurred while waiting 15 minutes for my iced coffee and letting them know that I was missing a drink still. I paid for 4 meals, but received 3 drinks. A different employee came out with an immense attitude and took the time to sort through my receipt to tell me that I (customer) was wrong and that she would not get me my drink because they did give them to me. I showed her all the drinks I had and she still refused to get my drink. The problem here is NOT getting my $2 Coca Cola that I did order and did NOT receive. The problem here was the employee who took the effort to come attack me in my car and tell ME that I did have everything even though she wasn’t even the one to had me my meal at all. As she walked away from me, she whispered that she would bring me a small instead of a large because I was lying but “fuck it” (exact words from employee). Absolutely would not recommend this McDonald’s solely because the attitude and risk of getting my food spit on is not worth it. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

After waiting for a while in the drive thru I called the store to let them know that there was a line waiting for service only to be told that their not taking orders because they closed at 7pm. I was in the line after 8pm. There store hours that were posted said opened until 11pm. I understand that sometime you might to change your hours but signage should have posted to reflect the change. Service: 1
