If I would have ordered this in the store I doubt they would have served this to me.Not only was it burned and soggy, they forgot the pickles. This was TERRIBLE. So I went there after my daughter’s doctor appointment and they forgot her fries and made her take a long time like 10 minutes to finally give it to her. I ordered a Big Mac meal with medium ice water. I'm not usually one to complain. I mean how much can you expect from fast food lol. I will say though this is the third time in a row I've had a screwed up mobile order, and poor employee addittude to go with it. We went at 8:30 p.m. & the wait time in the drive through was beyond 15 minutes. The fries were not fresh, and the hamburgers tasted like they had been sitting there for a while. This isn't the first time this McDonald's has not had anything fresh, I've been there at all different times during the day and needless to say this was the last time. A good visit at this McDs . The drive thru was busy so my son went inside to order. The only problem I have found is that access to McDs is not easy for the disabled. When you go in every one is Happy 😊. Love their Food, sometimes, they don't hear the full order at the drive through window cause they talk with each other to or joking around instead of what they are supposed to do when they have a Customer, either inside or drive through. Then when we corrected them, they tell us oh no we heard you,, & we Left. We still go back just not like we used to do. They do clean the restrooms, but not as often as they should. With the Disabled parking, other people that are not Disabled park there and we have no parking space at,, They need to check on this all the, it's not fair to us. That upsets me very much cause I like to eat inside, but no parking space cause other people are parking where I can park, I have to go through the Drive through. I don't usually come to the McDonald's in Dallas, but I was there a couple of weeks ago so I used the app to order two sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. I was the only person going through the drive up. After having to wait for a bit a young man brought my order. He asked me if that was what I had ordered looked inside to check and gave me my order. I went to get some blood work done and then headed home. Got home and grabbed what turned out to be a bacon and cheese biscuit out of the bag. They'd gotten both orders wrong! I was extremely unhappy and took the order back!! I have to say the new manager they have handled things quickly and beyond my expectations. A a staff member quickly replaced my order with the correct items and added an additional hash brown at no cost. The manager then double checked it before I got it and also gave me a coupon for a free meal in the future. Both individuals apologized for the error slipping by the staff and the loss of time on my part for having to return things. I definitely felt much better when I left then when I arrived 🙂.
