I arrived at McDonald’s at 1240 they closed at 1. Everything I ordered was completely cold ! No effort went into making my order. Whoever worked the Night Shift last night could be heard screaming profanity’s from outside. If you didn’t want to make my food the correct way you could’ve just said you were closed! I spent $30 plus on cold not edible food. Don’t waste your time here.

I go through the drive through most of the time. When I do go in, it is clean and inviting. I don't have any issues with McDonald's. If I do they always take care of me. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Worst experience ever!!!! When I walked in I should have known it would be a bad experience based off of going to the bathroom first and the one bathroom stall did not close the other was disgusting and look then the soap dispenser would not dispense. Then when my son and I went to sit all the tables were dirty. We then got are food in probably under 2 mins and I was eating my food my mcchicken tasted awful it didn’t even look the right color inside it was like a dark brown I threw it out I went to eat my McDouble noticed the cheese wasn’t melted the burger it self was like dry from siting and the corners of the cheese looked bad so I also then threw that out. I noticed my son was not eating his food I asked him what was wrong he said it tasted weird I said which part he said all of it he got a chicken nugget happy meal. So I grabbed an apple took a bite tasted awful so I checked the expiration date it was expired by 3 days. I then tasted the nuggets and it tasted wrong as well. So I than told an employee that the apples were expired and everything tasted awful and was uneatable I said something was wrong with the fryer and the employee said I could get you new food but it won’t change the taste. So I just said replace the apples and I will just hit Wendy’s on the way home to get him chickens nuggets. We sat back down he ate the apples. As we were leaving the employee then said what I found to be a snarky comment have fun at Wendy’s. I didn’t stop at Wendy’s because at this point my son said he just wanted to go home. Update!! when my son got home he complained he was not feeling well and a few hours after that he stared getting sick everywhere and still not feeling great. They are not clean at all, they do not bring anything that you order on the menu, they bring you what you do not order and I ask for the manager and they pretend to be the managers so as not to call him and make complaints, they are not responsible. They literally forgot half our order and then we had to go through the drive thru all over again because they locked the doors hours before it was supposed to be closed so we couldn't just walk in. Totally neglected to give us our receipt. Forgot to hand us our water bottles. This place is a mess. Won't be coming here again. Hopefully others see my review and decide to avoid the headache and frustration this McDonalds causes. Worst McDonald's hands down. The people here are uncaring when you have issues with your order when they are the ones that messed up the whole thing. Our order was literally all right on their screen there was no reason for any mess up or forgotten items. The place is pathetic. We ordered a quarter pounder meal and a cheeseburger meal. The ONLY thing that was good was the sodas. 1 fry was cold. And you couldn't taste ANY ketchup or mustard, and the pickles were as small as a olive slice...1 slice per burger. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 3

Drive thru girl at night needs a hug or a break. No need for poor customer service for a customer (me) advise no sauce for nuggets in bag. I empty the bag so show her, then threw the sauce in the bag, say I ain't got time for this. Well I have time to write a review on you! The manager assaulted me, broke my phone, cursed at me. Police were called. Police did nothing. Thank God the judge saw right through her lies. Called corporate swore they were firing her never did. And she is a manager there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The female associate that took the order was talking about her weekend plans. She had someone else’s order on the screen. I finally just left and pulled ahead. The next female associate gave me because I asked for the total of my order. The male associate was polite and friendly and checked my order. Told me to have a nice day.
