Made purchase through mobile app. Ordred food and drinks but the app doesn't let you order a cup of water. They gave me my order and I politely asked for a cup of water, they told me they couldn't cause its too busy then closed the window and left. There was 2 cars behind me and no one in the dining area. Not busy at all. Ordered $20 of food and drinks and they didn't want to spend the 10 seconds to put water in a cup. This is the first and only McDonalds that has said NO to water. Gives out 25% off your entire order coupons like they're crack, because after price hiking their menu up by 200% they can clearly afford it but it's only available through the mobile app and you have to know it's there. Crews and general manager are good team members working so efficiently and hard for accurate delivery their customers order. I enjoy also staying and their comfortable atmosphere all the time. This location absolutely sucks!! Ordered food online for pickup and when we got there guess what..NO FOOD!! The manager was RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL and said that the order didn’t pop up on their screen so there’s nothing they can do even though my card was charged!! I will never visit this location again!! I’ve delivered dozens of orders for this McDonald’s as a dasher and been a loyal customer of the location for years. This morning I placed my order for pickup planning to use points I had saved up for a free breakfast sandwich, and to buy a hash brown to go with it. I needed to pay with cash so waited at the counter for nearly 10 minutes before shouting into the back asking if I could have my order taken. I had punched my ID into the kiosk at some point but my order didn’t go through and I received no food from the points that were taken from my account. The woman helping me said there was nothing she could do to help me. I guess the $5 breakfast sandwich is worth more than the hundreds of dollars I’ve generated in delivering your food, and the thousands I’ve personally spent at McDonald’s over the past decade+ You lost the opportunity to make it right at the register. I ordered a sausage biscuit with no egg, but this is what I received. A biscuit with a half of piece of bacon. I ask for salt and pepper. I didn't get anything or any napkins. What a day!! Zero stars! Went through the drive thru… ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal. Got home, opened my sandwich and there was NO CHICKEN. Like how?!
