Food poisoning on Saturday night, whole sunday destroyed spent lying down or on the toillete....Ice tea tasted funny so could have been from that. I ordered at the drivetrough and the person does not understand english, I asked for mayonnaise for both of the menus that i order and then she didn’t mark them, when I went inside to buy 2 sauces(I only got the sauces, nothing else) I had to wait another 10-15 minutes. Made me wait 10 minutes for a 50 cent sauce as their machine didn’t work so I left. I fried were so cold I had to throw them away. Think it's disgusting you have to pay 1 euro extra to take a drink away..deposit like your gonna come back for it ..so it's not solving the plastic problem it's just making them richer...and 0.05 cent per sauce plastic container..so why don't they put bottles of sauce so people can take there own then there would be a lot less plastic Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a mcgreek got dried fried chicken, bread and things that look like small pieces of white cheese. Complained, they mentioned they didnt know how to make it and staff were not trained, even the guy responding to me (Jens from Rosmalen branch) did not know what was in it either. He argued not apologising that its their fault. Then after a short while apologised and promised a voucher, yet it was not delivered again and forgotten. Spoke to customer care on facebook, they said they will contact the restaurant still no response. Terrible service and horrible food quality. Very busy on Sunday but the service is still fast as usual ... the new refreshing towel is a good addition to McDonalds concept ...keep going on 👍👍
