2/26/2024: No napkins with my mobile order. Do you have to ask for napkins now? No, I dont want to call, there should be a way to let McDonalds know this on the app. 6/2/2023: This is the best McDonald's around Royal Oak. I always go to this location when I can. Everyone is friendly and they get your order correct. 2/3/2023: App is telling me "Filet-O-Fish not available". Guess I'll eat somewhere else tonight. It's McDonald's - so you know you're not getting gourmet.. But when you have kids and you're in a time crunch (CONSTANTLY! Lol!) sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do! What makes me want to review this location publicly is the service.. I'm very impressed when I feel like the employees actually CARE and put in an effort to be friendly and helpful - and this location is tops to me for this reason. I've been here more times than I'd like to admit (my "healthy eating" rule goes out the window and my kids love it!) but I've never had a bad experience here! The employees are*consistently* friendly and *always* smile and our order is almost always 100% correct! So thank you to the management for treating your employees well so that they can treat your customers well! Service: 5

I mean no disrespect here, but how hard is it to have somebody marginally friendly at the pick-up window on a consistent basis? It's 50/50 on whether or not I get one of the young guys at the window who either hates his job or hates the customers, I can't be sure which. I don't need it though at 8:00 - 9:00 in the morning.... if they don't have a friendly demeanor, they belong somewhere else!!! Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
