the location is great, the staff is very kind, and they speak English 🥰. quality and price are ok, I will definitely come back here. the only defect or problem is that this Mc'Donald's doesn't have a screen so I can order the menu myself and pay for it... in Germany / Holland / France.... I order the desired menu by myself and pay with POS (card), another screen shows my order number when it is completed... here I have to pay attention to the boy who says no. 83 is ready 🥺 we are in 2023 the world is evolving

This is the worst Mc Donalds I have ever been to. I ordered my food at 4:39 pm and at 5:15 pm I asked what was going on and the employee said it wasn't his problem. Then I asked the service manager and was told that I had to wait because there were a lot of customers. After 10min. I asked again and they didn't know what happened to my order, so I asked for my money back and went to Burger King! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALD'S TO ANYONE.... Service Take out Service: 1

Not a good McDonald's, but in my experience Norweigan McDonald's are not very high standard ESPECIALLY for the price. Swedish McDonalds has the highest standard, best food, best system. But anyways, this McDonald's is the worst one I've ever been to. The food is decent. Not bad for here, but it's complete chaos, no tv screen where u can see if ur order is complete (which is a very easy thing to fix and every McDonald's has it but this one) no self order screens which also every McDonald's has, no proper system for everything. Theres just a massive cluster of people standing everywhere, some trying their best to order, some trying to figure out if their food is done and where it is, and then just others waiting all around. The location is bad in general too. I really cannot understand how this is a McDonald's in such a rich country. Very very low standard and it baffles me. I do want to add though that this has nothing to do with the people working, you can see how stressful it is with the dozens of foodora orders plus trying to scream out what orders are done while taking orders, they are trying their best. The management to this McDonald's deserve to get their license removed. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Update after new opening (5 stars) : 180 degree turn. It's now the best McDonald in the city. Good job on changing internal design and what ever you did with the staff. Congrats. Honestly you need to check it out. Food delicious and consistent. Fries just perfect and everything just looks amazing. Before new design and staff (1 star) Worst McDonald's in the town. It stinks inside and very often food has very very poor quality. Avoid at all cost, high chance of bad meal.

Good que system, theres a small play area for kids. Usually crowded, and they should have a bigger space, because now everything is a bit cramped

Its a very nice que system, the food is always good and the chocolat milkshake is exeptional. I recomend this way more than the other McDonalds in Haugesund

Good wholesome burgers and decent soft drinks. can get very busy but has a play area for kids
