The plant beef was extremely dry. Either they made the wrong burger or they have changed the recipe of the cheese and bacon. Not same dressing as I was used to, and the raw onion came as a chock. A popular place amongst locals for late night grabs. Possibly the only food joint in Kalmar that stays open until late. The weekend nights are usually packed with hungry party goers. Sometimes, the orders take too long, and I've waited up to 30 minutes during their rush hour. Food is pretty good and it's easy to customise menus. Sweet potato fries always a bonus and lots of sauce/side options. The Touchscreen order Terminals are nothing short of catastrophic!

The food is cold and the whole restaurant very dirty. The shakes have nothing in common with the picture

First time for me in a MAX, it looks like the swedish equivalent to McDonald's only with much tastier patties. Not bad at all, recommended to anyone that prefer this kind of fast food restaurants.

Max has a good selection of hamburgers and other stuff hamburger restaurants usually offer. What is good with Max is that there are also plenty of vegetarian (lakto-ovo) and vegan choices in their Green Mål -meals. Fast and friendly service.
