We tried them for the first time recently and were pleasantly impressed. The food was great and they have specials to make it even better. The staff was attentive even while busy. Our server was great 5 star. But James, the guy that brought our food, threw my plate on the table and spilled my "nacho soup" on the table. I ordered the beed nachos (they looked good in the photo), and I got nacho soup. The nachos were floating in a soup-like liquid that was half of the plate, and they were very soggy. Maybe it was one of those nights... I'll probably give them another chance and see if things are different and will update my star rating accordingly. Let’s get into it. The beef fajitas are good. They are real tender. The tortillas look fake,but don’t smell fake.. so it could be a really good brand to pass them off as authentic. We all know real tortillas when we see them, and taste them..as in handmade, and a homemade recipe. It could be a mix such as White wings just for example where you just add water.. but I was not a fan. The chips are rough around the edges, cheap tasting..and sauce is just tomato sauce..no real taste of real salsa. As far as the “queso” white was chosen, it has no flavor whatsoever. We didn’t try the yellow, but maybe we should have 😭. The service.. well she only spoke to one person out of the whole party, and didn’t acknowledge the rest of the table, that was weird. Has a factory atmosphere with a high black open top, not cozy as stated on the web. It was an experience guys, but it could use some shaping up on the food, and service. Been to other Mas Fajitas and not super impressed but Round Rock had the Best beef fajitas I've ever had in 51 yrs. Beef was cooked so well you can cut it with a spoon. 2.50 long necks Tuesday and .99 tacos on Tuesady, 2.99 margaritas on Thursday. I'll be back. Went back and just as good! Tacos are super cheap on Taco Tuesday so the restaurant was busy. I ordered a crispy ground beef, a beef fajita and a chicken fajita. The chicken was tender and flavorful but the beef fajita was a little chewy. The chips and hotsauce are good. The service was quick and our waitress was friendly.
