Walked in. Appeared to be closed (Dirty bar with dishes and last night's empty drinks) I asked "You open for lunch?" Bar owner "I can if I want to be..." Never offered a menu, just asked if we wanted what I assumed was the daily special was. With no other options I said yes. Ate then left
