Mardi Gras Cajun cuisine didn’t disappoint! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The atmosphere is so chill and best vibes to eat some GREAT FOOD! Their shrimp boil , TOP NOTCH! The Ocean water I had was so great! Paired so well with my food! The customer services elite! If anyone is wanting some Cajun home style amazing food! THIS IS THE PLACE!!! The vibe the food, the service , the atmosphere was Literally everything . We’re from out of town and was very undecided on what we wanted , we also had children in our party. The staff was Courteous , and welcoming next time I come in town this is my first stop for sure !

I came all the way back from south Dallas and told them to fix me another on I have never had a daiquiri that has tasted this good and has beer drink the whole drink I highly recommend if you haven’t YET to stop Mardi Gras you will not be disappointed the customer service is almost better than the drink . Went in today with my wife, and got what I get everywhere else, Lemon Pepper Wings and Fries, and those wing were good. 👍🏾 Better than my favorite spot Wing Stop I must say. You taste the lemon and the pepper. It was nice in here too, music was nice and smooth R&B and Blues. The lady at the counter was nice and helped me out with what drink to get and it was the Strawberry Cheesecake, it was too. Overall 10/10 experience. Not sure if it’s because it’s the Saturday after Thanksgiving or what but my 2 piece catfish was overcooked ☹️ and my red beans weren’t flavorful. I ordered online so it was $25. Potato salad was good though and staff was extremely friendly and welcoming

Very friendly atmosphere! Everyone is welcome from respectful kids to the pastor. Drinks are very well mixed, not overpowering with liquor. And the food is really good. They will change the music to your liking on Sundays but it’s a good place to go on a Saturday when there is a DJ. The owner is really down to earth and always there lending a hand. I usually don’t do reviews when I’m dissatisfied. I like to talk about good stuff. The atmosphere at this place is a whole entire vibe. The music was little loud to me, but the music selection was great! Service was awesome as it was in my previous visit. However, the food was not so great today. I had the turkey neck plate with jambalaya and re beans with rice. The turkey neck was very tough, the red beans tasted like they came from a can and were poorly seasoned; the jambalaya was bland and I only had one shrimp and one sausage. I was very disappointed because I have been here before and the food was GREAT. This meal did not taste like it was made with love. It tasted more like it was made by a beginner. Great service and nice atmosphere, I got the oxtails greens and Mac . The meat was too salty. Greens were canned and it was fettuccine noodles. It not good at all. They need a new cook. I feel like wasted 30 dollars!

Maybe, this was a one off... It was my first time visiting this location. The atmosphere and service was good but the food was terrible! I ordered LP wings and the Ox Tails with Rice. Firstly, the wings tasted refried and overly breaded. Secondly, the rice was watered down (rice soup...) and I was given two small pieces of Ox Tails for around $30 dollars. My guess is the folks visiting this location must be going for the Daiquiris. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Alright my Dallas natives and transplants. Listen to a Dallas native and big foodie. This Daquiri shop has the best fried catfish in all of Dallas county. There is no other restaurant in Dallas county white owned or black owned that comes close period. This is my second time coming here and the catfish pieces are big, fresh and perfectly seasoned! Had it with the red beans and rice and collared greens. Red beans and rice extremely flavorful and not watery. Dear owners please cook the beans and rice for longer to make sure rice is tender and so are the beans. They were slightly too hard but still very good. Collared greens was so much better than when I had them the first time here. Wings had the Cajun tonight again and they were near salty like the first time which was perfect for me. They were fried a little too hard for me but still good. Overall I will always comeback for that catfish and red beans and rice. If the owners could just take the feedback I provided tonight and apply it they won’t have any complaints in the future from future customers. Will be back like last time!
