Orders a pizza only to wait almost an hour after it was reported to to out for delivery. Only to find out they supposedly "pulled up, called without leaving a voice-mail and drove back." No follow up or cancelation of over $50 to our card. Only to be told by the manager that it's now their policy to not even knock on the door and that they wouldn't remake it and instead are now returning the old pizza that's been in a bag and heat lamps for 2 hours... Used to eat here all the time. Never again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

1st my pizza was specialty delicious! The down fall was I was waiting at the drive thru for 5+ minutes,while it's quite a few of employees around, to be addressed for my visit. Secondly I asked for Parmesan after I received my pizza's, and the lady so busy to see if I was going to add a tip or give her the signed receipt back, lol guess what? She failed to give me what I asked for and I wasn't going to ask again. Poor customer service, NO TIP PERIOD!
