It was cold. Didn't feel friendly. Food was ok. For the price kinda thought would have been prepared better. The biscuits and gravy was good. But the biscuits could have been cooked more. The soda was 3.50 free refills. Yet no one came to check. I was put in area with no ppl so I couldn't be seen to get help or. Over all good food but the price isn't worth the dish I had

Service was extremely slow, food was sub-optimal at best. Ordered the chorizo benedict with the sweet potato hash. The benedict didn’t have the cilantro lime hollandaise or avocado, there was hardly any beans and the “hash” was literally frozen sweet potatoes thrown in a skillet with zero seasoning. Take your money elsewhere.

I don’t know who decided frying waffles was a good idea but… whoever it was deserves ALL the awards. Second best breakfast of my life. Second only to an East Coast breakfast, in the middle of the biggest snowstorm seen in Boston in decades, I happened to be visiting for, with an old friend (just to contextual it). So, this breakfast was still epic, despite listening to my sassy child.
I also got the stuffed hash browns to try. And take home. And definitely not share. With anyone. Ever.
Amazing!
And, friendliest staff ever, yet not overbearing.
Overall, I would rate this place 10 out of 5 stars. In the famous words of the great Mr. T, “I pity the fool” who doesn’t try this place.

I had the pancake breakfast platter. The pancakes were nice and fluffy honestly what one would look for in a good pancake. Also I really enjoyed the hash browns as I had them add a bit of gravy to them. I was told they had good gravy and I was not disappointed .

Food is solid at a decent price point. Service was ok. Not bad service, but not overly friendly either. If you don't like them to talk to you, this place might be perfect. In fairness I've only had three of their servers in the times I went there. Atmosphere is meh. Not awful. It was clean and better than ugly basic, strip mall interiors by far. I prefer the back half(to the right as you enter) with all the windows. I'll continue to go there for breakfast off and on.

Stuffed French Toast with Peaches
Overall very disappointing. Food was overpriced, small food portions. I had chilaquiles and they had no flavor, the beans were pretty bad also. Had to add lots of salt for them to taste ok.
The staff was not very professional. When my group of 5 walked in, 3 different employees looked right at us and didn’t bother to greet us. 2 other stood at a counter talking, not acknowledging us. Finally this lady that looked lost greeted us and told us to wait while she prepared our table.
I had high hopes going in after reading reviews. Left very let down.
