I went when it was still relatively early so would be unfair to say there was not a vibe. Overall an “okay” experience. The drink on arrival was great and the ice sculptures good but slightly melted. Perhaps it’s best gone in the evening. Either way - always good to check out for yourself. Price per person kr 300–400 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Cool concept, rather small space. If a tour bus is about to go in you might wanna wait till they're out. Makes it very noisy, and almost impossible to move around or take pictures without strangers in the shot lol. Staff was really nice and friendly. They give you a cape and gloves since it's negative 5c°. Welcome drink was ok, served in an ice cup. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wonderful and fun experience. With the provided jacket it was easy to stay warm. Beautiful ice sculptures, drinks are lovely and warming and all of the staff were fun and friendly. Definitely worth a visit! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just been in and had an amazing experience. It is value for money as well as being a beautiful place. Ice sculptures and ice bar... Wow! I only went in for one. Ended up spending the night there. Just wrap up warm, theres no issues. Loved it Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A nice place to pop in and see, you pay an entrance fee which includes a drink. You can buy more cocktails at the bar. Made of ice down to the glasses, a fun time out for an experience. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Cool place for every ice and arctic lovers. It's rather small place (1 bigger and 1 smaler bar room). It's not typical Club, rather tourist attraction. Good arctic crowberry drink served in ice-glass. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you want to have a an arctic bar experience then definitely try it! A bit on the expensive side as it costs around 27€ euros for entry with a free drink. Very cute arctic related sculptures inside. Best to go with friends!

Don’t waste your money. We paid full price and were told we could not have an ice glass as we didn’t pre book. This is part of the experience surely? What does it matter if we didn’t book? It was very small and not much to look at. Some of the exhibits had hands/feet missing -what a rip off, don’t bother. Price per person kr 300–400 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Totally a tourist trap sorry to say - expect to Pay 250kr per person for entry only incl a beer/soft drink or a non-tasty welcome drink. And then … no guarantee there is anybody in the bar - we ended up being alone in the bar … no wonder with this concept. You are basically indoor (!) as they artificially cool down to -5 C degrees. On the other hand if you come here with a group and slosh some drinks this can be fun for some time - otherwise better things to do in Tromsø

Room was pretty small and, although it is a fun concept and some of the sculptures were impressive, I wouldn’t go back and personally don’t think it was worth the entrance fee even with the free drink.
