They always bugg my daughter I give her money to buy things. And someone was asking her personal information and asking her what she is buying and following her around the store how un professional and unusual unethical and rude
I felt like the store had a good variety of products despite being one of the smaller stores the location was better than I expected, and the store was quite clean and pretty much every area that I looked at.
I’m hoping Maceys leadership sees this. I want to highlight Nathan (I believe that was his name) it was Super Bowl Sunday, a few hours before the game. The store was PACKED. Nathan was pulling a pallet of waters from the back, and he saw me and noticed I had two 12 packs of soda. He went over to me about 30 feet away and pointed out the “buy 2 get 2 packs free, with free crackers and cheese ball” and he actually helped me find the items, and more, of what I was looking for. He did it without hesitation and steadfast dedication to ensuring I was taken care of, and helped many others along the way. His level of awareness and customer service was definitely not expected, especially amongst that busy traffic. Please give him praise, and a raise !
Always happy with Macy's. Everyone I've ever encountered has been super helpful and a great attitude to boot. It can be a little hectic sometimes if you go when school is letting out or their lunch but never had a problem being to busy. They also always have what I need and then some. The Hispanic foods are great. Love love the salsas and guacamole dips. Reminds me of being in Miami, where I was born and raised. Thank you Macy's for making my shopping experience pleasant.
I love Macey’s! They have the best chocolate chip cookies and their potato wedges are so good. Prices can be higher than Walmart/target, but are pretty competitive on sale.
Wayyyy over priced which sucks because this is the closet store to my house and they don’t sell ground beef??? Like if you’re going to be overpriced at least have everything I need so I don’t have to go an extra 4 miles to another store cuz if I wanted to do all that I would’ve just shopped elsewhere. I’m a busy mom with a full time job. Super Inconvenient.
Decided to try out their deli today for my lunch break, little did I know it was the worst decision to make. The deli workers were really rude and disrespectful in so many ways. I was ordering the “6 Piece Tender Meal,” that’s supposed to come with two sides. I wanted the chicken salad as one side but was told, “The tenders are already chicken and you can’t have more chicken,” I could understand that concept but the girl that told me sounded way too aggravated. I ended up getting the potato salad instead and then was asked if I wanted 1/2 or 1/4 a pound. I just said 1/2 pound and they started packaging it before I could tell them my second side. And then the other girl started to rudely explain that if I wanted a second side I should’ve just ordered a 1/4 pound, but how the hell was I supposed to know that when the menu just simply states 2 sides. On top of that, they just seemed really impatient with me and were talking and looking at me as if I was stupid. As one of the workers were preparing my order, one of the other workers told them that they had a headache, which that’s valid but that doesn’t give you any right to treat and talk to me the way they did. I would understand their behavior if I was the one being a jerk, but I wasn’t and was being polite because I understand how it is working in the food industry, and I’ve worked in that industry long enough to know it doesn’t take that much effort to treat people with respect or at least some decency. I’ve NEVER written a review for any of my bad experiences with any place, but their behavior just outright disgusted me.
Thank you Macey's staff for the excellent customer service. I have been to multiple places and I have never been treated with as much respect as I was today, in your store.
Your entire staff was more than willing to assist me and my mother who has a server disability that causes her to asks multiple questions, sometimes the same question multiple times,, it can get overwhelming sometimes, so again thank you for keeping the friendly smile on your faces, of staying curious and polite. You all made our experience there unbelievable. The store was clean and organized, my overall experience was nothing short of PERFECT.
YOU can bet you're bottom dollar that this will be my go-to store for now on..

I really like this Granger location of Macey’s Food and Pharmacy. The store is so neat and organized. The produce is kept really fresh. Their front end displays of seasonal items are so much fun. It is almost like a treasure hunt. Their clerks are super friendly, and shopping there was a great experience. I found some great sales!
