I tried this vegan sushi today for the first time and it was so very good! The food was hot, flavorful, and unique. I got the fried vegetable tempura and it didn't taste like it was fried in 10-year-old oil... It actually tasted fresh! The produce was fresh and delicious. I could go on and on about how good this food was! The orange chicken was fluffy and a good ratio of breading to "meat." To the owners: you're doing a great job! This place gets very busy for good reason; I take it as a chance to practice my patience knowing some of the most delicious food is coming my way. Despite being busy, it helps that everyone who works there is so kind and expertly knowledgable. We’ve ordered various things from different aspects of the menu and all have knocked it out of the park. The flavors and the textures are exquisite. I love their innovation with their entirely vegan menu and it beats vegan sushi i’ve had from New York City. I love this place so much.
