MIND-BLOWING!! This place is incredible. We’ve eaten at the one in College Station, but this one is even better. The atmosphere is incredible and the store layout is awesome with lots of open-air seating for nice days. We ordered the beef and chicken fajitas family size and it was incredible. Some of the absolute best grilled chicken and beef I’ve ever eaten. Great fresh tortillas as well. The cheese dip is incredible too. I can’t wait to return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Beautiful restaurant, nice festive atmosphere, great for a large group as they had a private room. Bar area great! The service was fabulous, our server was very attentive and exceptional! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lupe Tortilla, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The highlight of my meal and the main reason we keep returning was undoubtedly the fajitas, which were truly outstanding. From the moment the sizzling platter of fajitas arrived at our table, I knew I was in for a treat. The aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water. The perfectly seasoned and tender strips of grilled meat, accompanied by grilled onions and peppers, were simply divine. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the meat was so juicy and flavorful—it was clear that the chefs at Lupe Tortilla know exactly what they're doing. The fajitas were served with all the traditional fixings, including warm homemade tortillas, fresh guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. The combination of textures and flavors was impeccable, and I couldn't help but go back for seconds. Not only were the fajitas at Lupe Tortilla delicious, but the portion size was generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied. Today I dined at Lupe Tortilla hoping that it would redeem itself after my first not-so-great visit a couple of months ago. Unfortunately it failed to meet my expectations that it would be better this time around. To start, the service here is incredibly poor. The waiter never came by to refill our chips or water, and since he didn’t deliver our food, we didn’t see him again until we were halfway through our food. Which brings me to the food itself…it was just not good. The chips hardly had any salt on them, the salsa was super spicy (couldn’t eat it because we didn’t have our water refilled), and the beans it comes with were bland. The food is so expensive for the quality and amount that you get (see photos for reference). I just so wish that my experience would’ve been better so that I’d have another Tex-Mex place near me to frequent. We came to the restaurant for the first time with friends last week. Our friends had been multiple times. We were after the lunch rush on a Friday. Therefore, it wasn't the busiest of times. We were greeted right away. The host sat us where we requested and right away. The server was Marques. He was entertaining, and we enjoyed him. He did a great job. We told Marques it was our first time. The kitchen staff then brought out a taster of the beef fajitas. It was delicious. Marques brought us water right away. Both salsas with the chips were spicy. I'm a wimp and could kinda handle them. Everyone else was very good with the spice and the taste. We decided to get the 1 pound of beef fajitas for two. It was plenty and tasted great. We recommend those if you like fajitas. The margaritas were also good. The only issue was one person in our party requested a salad with no cheese. There was cheese on the salad. It was re- made very quickly. Overall, all the staff that we interacted with were great, and the food was good too. We would definitely go here again.
