Placed a curbside pick-up order for 6pm, arrived at 5:54pm and checked in. After about 15-20min of waiting and seeing people walking out with their orders, decided to get off and go inside my order had been sitting on their counter since 5:47pm (that's what was printed on their receipt). Food had been sitting there now for 30+ min. Who knows how long it would have been if I hadn't gotten down. Someone who couldn't physically get off, would probably still be there waitingfor their curbside order.

Our second time at this establishment and it was SOOOOO DISAPPOINTING. The food came out COLD… the service was MEDIOCRE ..Spouse ordered another entrée… and that entree took as long as the first one… the atmosphere was amazing… didn’t think this would disappoint the second time since the first time was amazing… spoke with manager about the entire order and everything, and he seem to not care. so this will be the second and final time that I will come to. This establishment will not return.

Food at Lupe's is always great. The server was not bad, but I do feel she could have been a bit more attentive. We were quick to order as we were hungry and once we finished she brought the check and never checked on us again. Quite honestly wanted dessert, however with the receipt already being recieved we didn't order.

Walked in and waited to be acknowledge, the couple behind me was greeted and seated before I was even addressed. The hostess was not welcoming so I decided to get take out instead. The waitress did not seem happy to be at work. Her attitude was dry and distant. It was 1130am so they had been open for about an hour and a half... . My food was awesome!!

T h I s is what your looking for in a restaurant. They have the great Tex mex vibe match with electric customer service from the top of management on down. The food was exceptional. I think about their food while I sleep. Definitely would come back for ANY occasion. Just go here to eat. You won’t be disappointed!

First time and will definitely be a repeat patron. The service was excellent and the food even better. I had the red pepper enchiladas and my girlfriend had the chicken nachos. Kudos to management as it appeared to be a well oiled machine where tables were flipped quickly and the staff all worked as a team.

Huge disappointment. Atmosphere is amazing. The decor is great and the music was nice. Really feels like a vacation spot. But the food….huge letdown. This looks lace is so overpriced it’s ridiculous. And it wasn’t even good. If I’m paying that kinda money for food it better be good. Won’t be returning.

Wish I could give this place 10 stars for today. I could taste the flavors in my burrito y'all. It was fresh, I could enjoy each flavor in that huge burrito! I loved the dips they brought. Not one but 2 delicious dips. My daughter had the chicken fajita that sizzled w so much flavor also. The chicken was fresh cooked, juicy, tasty just like the huge pepper they also grilled. And don't forget the sweet tea that was also perfect.
We were treated to their specialty beef sample, again, the flavor burst.
The food was fresh prepared and made. It made our day. Most places have precooked meat, not here, they cook it when it's ordered. Definitely a place to enjoy. It's not old, greasy lazy food, it's fresh and hot and tasty.

I’ve been passing back-and-forth by the Lupe Tortilla restaurant for months on 1960. Every time I pass by no matter if it’s lunch, afternoon or night the parking lot seems nearly full. Given the enormous amount of Tex-Mex restaurants in this area I figured the popularity had to be driven by either free liquor or absolutely cheap food. So instead of speculating, I decided to go in and try. The decor is very upbeat and entertaining. We found the menu to be as broad-based as any Tex-Mex restaurant in this area. I tried the combination plate that included a little bit of everything and I found all of it delicious. The beef enchilada was rich and delicious, The tamale was flavorful with real meat inside.
The rice was surprisingly moist. Can’t recall having rice where it was so moist and almost begged to be eaten by itself. Ultimately the prices are a little higher than in the past but that is the post Covid world we live in. I found the experience worth coming back again. Now I think I better understand why there’s always a crowd in the parking lot.
