We've been going to this place for years because the food is ok (good sushi) and it's inexpensive. Always wanted to support them. But we're vegan and last time I ordered delivery they'd sent me one sushi roll with fish. So this time I wrote "no fish or egg please, we're vegan." I order vegetable lo mein and a Buddhist delight vegetable dish. An hour later they deliver dishes that are just plain noodles, with some tofu thrown into one. Nothing else, no vegetables! What? I call them up. The cook says that I ordered the food to be without vegetables. They thought 'vegan' meant no vegetables. They told me that I'd written 'no vegetables' on my order. Not true, a copy of my receipt was mailed to me. Ok, anyone can make a mistake, but the restaurant staff insisted that it was my mistake. They didn't resend the food or refund it. They charged me $30 for two completely plain noodles dishes and an order of spring rolls. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

This place is only about a mile or so from where I live so I don't know why this was the first time I had gone there to eat in the restaurant, but I'm glad I did! First of all, the service was excellent! And even after we finished eating, my friends and I sat and talked for the longest time and didn't feel pressured at all to leave at a certain point. Of course we would have if it had been super crowded. Now about the food. I ordered sushi and it was really good! And the prices were quite reasonable compared to some places nowadays. I also ordered some House Lo Mein to take home with me for the next couple meals and just had some today and that was also very good. Their portions are large and this place is one of the few places that starting during covid did not raise their prices ridiculously! My large House Lo Mein was only $6.95! My husband and I ordered Uber eats from this restaurant last night because we were craving sushi and I will NEVER eat here again. Not only was our order was almost 20 minutes late, the sushi was INEDIBLE. We ordered 3 rolls and some other Chinese food and we could not eat 2 of the 3 rolls. The cooked tuna resembled CAT FOOD and I am not even exaggerating we both had to spit it out and the marinated crab meat was inedible. Worst sushi experience we’ve ever had. We normally get sushi from fusion but they are not on Uber eats and we’re feeling lazy- this place seemed affordable but we absolutely got what we paid for. HORRIBLE!!
