Very disappointed in the manager’s unapologetic attitude when we talked to him about the two long strands of hair in our pizza. The pizza itself is nowhere close to being as good as Giordano’s. On Friday 10/13, myself and about twenty other customers waited over 40+ minutes to receive our to-go orders. The line was out the door, and inside people crunched in. Small pizza was put out as sort of a "sorry", but It would have been more appropriate for you to hand out vouchers for future orders, or discounts for the orders you did not have ready. A small pizza is not really helpful when people are waiting to pick-up food and to go home and eat with their families. I understand maybe you had staffing issues or what not, but you were so far behind that management really needed to damage control and make it right in the appropriate way. Paying $30 for pizza and waiting over 40+ minutes in your store to pick up my to-go order is unacceptable, not making it right is even worse.

The service was great but not a good vegan options after looking for alternatives. The cashier was helpful the pizza was not for my family. Not a wide selection of veggies so opted for fresh spinach. Visiting Chicago for business and since this was the first time here, i had to try deep dish pizza. Asking around, several people told me to try Lou Manati's and I'm so glad i did. The pizza is phenomenal, incredibly filling. I ordered a large for myself, thinking it would be like a typical pizza, boy was i wrong. This thing is so filling it's easily a 3 or 4 person job. I got the sausage one and the thing has to have 2 pounds of sausage. The crust is amazing! Tons of cheese. Tomatoes were amazing. Sauce perfect. Service was excellent. They really took care of me and made me feel welcome. The only downside, the pizza was on the pricey side at $32... That being said, it was huge and incredible quality. I wish we had these in Utah! How can I buy a franchise?!?! FYI: The picture doesn't do it justice. It may look small in the picture, but trust me, it's huge and weighs a ton. Absolutely wonderful!

After ordering 2 hours of a wait; this is the quality of pizza we received! Delivery guy was rude and defensive! I called to speak to a manager, instead of being sympathetic or regretful; she justified the poor quality due to the pizza being uncut and because they are overwhelmed. The pizza has cardboard sticking underneath and it was soggy. I have ordered deep dish pizza for many years and have not received it this way. I will NEVER order from this location ever. Western Springs location. They lost my years of business. I am a customer service manager, I would have never treated my customers that way.

Well, this pizzas are good, or I would not be going there. BUT, the last time I was there, last week Friday, I did not receive my ' points ' for my pizza purchase totalling a little over $56. Then when I asked the person at the counter, she told me to go online and submit the ' reward number ' . Well. I tried that, and the online process would not accept the ' rewards number '. I did write / email Lou's Team, but have not heard from them... rather disappointing. TIP to the customer - make sure the clerk has your reward number before checking out ... Hopefully " Team Lou's " will contact me soon...I'll let you all know of the outcome. The store us located in Western Springs
