This was mine and my families first time to visit. It was amazing. Everyone was friendly and the food was amazing. Even our picky eater ate everything on his plate (this doesn't happen often.) The waiter was attentive,everyone's order was correct. However, the food was below average. The queso tasted like cream of chicken soup.. the tortillas were "store bought," and i was charged $3 for 4 of them.even the kids said they were gross. We used to go here frequently. First off, service and food is always on par. Never a problem. Tonight, I ordered a steak fajita dinner for one for pick up. Came in, paid the bill, grabbed my bag of food. Drove home to eat. Got settled, unpacked the bag and noticed there wasn’t any tortillas with the order. I checked my pantry for my own tortillas before I called…I didn’t have any. I called the restaurant back and explained my order didn’t come with any tortillas. I was asked to bring the contents of the bag back and they would start a fresh order. After waiting almost an additional 15 minutes at the restaurant, I’m assuming one of the female managers came out with another bag of food. I explained to her that everything in the original bag was good minus the tortillas. After asking me two more times if I was only missing the tortillas, I advised her that it was pretty necessary for me to have tortillas in order to eat a fajita dinner. I thanked the female employee for making sure everything was right, yet never got a “sorry for the mistake”. I drove home for dinner round two, get settled in and unpack. Everything is there, minus the condiments (sour cream, guacamole and pico). I really wished their to go orders were on point like eating at the restaurant. I have been a returning customer at LTA for more than 15 years now. Great and well prepared variety of food items. Super easy to customize your meal selection. Meal sizes are all well portioned and generous with all of the serving and sides. Well and Reasonably Priced. It has always been a place that I can bring friends and family to enjoy a home cooked meal and excellent customer service. Enjoy and respect the servers. They're always willing to help, never let me run out of tea, and strive for customer satisfaction. Never had a bad experience at any of their restaurants and you will leave with a full stomach and a smile on your face. If you every roll through Lawaton Oklahoma it's worth a stop I had the Bruschetta de Camaron which was perfectly cooked bacon wrapped shrimp with jalapeños and the most tender Carne Asada Taco I have eaten. The Corona was huge with a salt rim and lime juice. They also give you three different dips a hot temperature salsa, a chesse dip, and a cold spicy salsa. They also give you sopapilas at the end. Although the restaurant is pretty bright and colorful, the food is absolutely mediocre. The steak quesadilla we had was okay and the chicken enchiladas were bland and had no seasoning at all. The queso was tasteless. Even the rice and beans were pretty boring. The only thing I liked here was the Chile Relleno. Very good food. Fast, friendly service. Even though it was lunchtime and pretty crowded, I was greeted and seated immediately. A lady came by with chips, salsa and queso! All quite good. The waitress was friendly and came up for my order pretty quickly. She had my drink right out and just a few minutes later, she presented my food... Piping hot! It has three Enchiladas, one chicken, one beef and one cheese, all very good. The rice and beans were also very good. The waitress checked back after a minute to make sure my food was good and after that checked back on me and the other patrons to make sure everyone had what they needed. At the end I was offered dessert. I declined since I was full, but they did bring me a drink to go in request. I'll be back when I'm in town! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I would say this place is just okay. We were told it was a great place to go for authentic Mexican food, but were not super impressed. Their cheese dip was somewhat odd tasting, one of the salsas was warmed up and had a slightly odd taste, and the other one was cold and slightly spicy but not super flavorful. Their lunch specials were fairly expensive and what I would call a normal dinner price. I did like the flavor of their refried beans, but I would definitely call the food only averaged tasting. Our server seemed less than enthusiastic about being there, but he kept our drinks filled and our food was brought to the table quickly. So my overall impression was not bad but not great.
