The service is non existent. This would be my second time ordering food. It appears low quality meat is used which would match the customer service. Ordered for delivery so it's possible that factor impacted the quality of the food but this was genuinely some of the worst Mexican food I've ever had. Almost everything was bland. Ordered rolled tacos with no guacamole and they came with guac (possibly the fault of the delivery service and not the restaurant), they gave me 2 chicken tacos and 1 beef even though I ordered all beef. The chicken was truly awful. It was very tough and dry, and entirely flavorless. The beef was good -- I took it out of the guac-smothered taco and ate it with the beans and a tortilla. Got chips and cheese expecting cheese sauce (like nachos) or maybe at least melted cheese but it just had dry shredded cheese sprinkled on top of unseasoned, unsalted chips. Churros are good, I'll give em that. May revise my review if I decide to eat there in person but honestly the quality of this food makes me not want to try it again. Los Altenos is much better. I order food quite often from here,and am very picky with it..that said, I've had a cpl of times in the past where the food wasn't quite right,not bad just a little off (i hate cold lettuce on hot tacos🤣) but the last several months they have been perfectly following my instructions. To the degree that it's become 1 of the only places in town that I'll use Uber Eats for. Very good food,quick,& consistent. 👍👍👍 Update: walked in & I don't think anyone working speaks English. I don't care. The food is good. Im not entirely sure what folks expect from a restaurant in a tiny shopping center, but if you want good Mexican food and aren't trying to write a d*mn thesis for critics R' us, then it's as good a place as any. ✌️ Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Looked at the menu and wanted Carne Asada fries and they had like 3 different kinds. So I ordered Carne Asada fries, thinking of Alfonso's in Winslow. I asked for the guacamole to be on the side and when my order was ready, both had guacamole on them. So I asked if they could redo my order and looked as if the employee was upset when I already told him to put it on the side the first time. So they fixed it, but I tell you, the portion is small for almost $12.00. Winslow's Alfonso's knows how to keep their customers happy!! Their fries are bigger in portions, and it fills the box to the top. These fries were skimpy and hardly any Carne Asada in it. Not going back to this place plus it expensive for the size.
