Holy guacamole 🥑🥑🥑! What an improvement from the now-defunct Salsa Grill (which we did LOVE, back in the day!). Everything was so freaky fresh and the service was A+++ Claudia Theresita is AMAZING, as is Joe! The ceviche is SO GOOD! I had the Champagne Enchiladas and the husband had the Porky Pig enchiladas. The Charo beans are 💯💯. We'll DEFINITELY be making the drive from Waldo again and again!! Excellent Mexican food. Clean refreshed restaurant! Much better than salsa grill that occupied space previously. Highly recommend the Parrillada Acapulco which is enough for 2 people. Comes out hot and sizzling to the table and is well presented. Honestly, this place is shockingly good for Mission,KS. Hot salsa is actually 🔥.
