This was the best experience my husband and I have had at any chain restaurant ever! We’ve tried all the others around and have had some not so good experiences, idk why it took us so long to try this place but I’m pleasantly surprised and glad we did! The food was amazing and came out so fast compared to other places that it was almost hard to believe! I hadn’t even finished my appetizer yet and our main dishes were being served! The selection of veggies was by far my favorite part, I got the brussels sprouts and the asparagus and they were both delicious. I also tried the strawberry margarita and got the ‘long pour’ which comes with a shaker and I got 3 whole glasses out of it so you definitely get your moneys worth! I would recommend this place to anyone and it’s definitely worth trying if you’re on the fence about it like we were! Ordered Medium LH burger and it was rare twice, after sending back two times. Shrimp and lobster chowder was lacking lobster and filled in with fish sauce, corn, and tomato paste. Also over cooked potatoes potentially from day before. I requested a substitute of French onion that was presented well, hot and full of cheese, however after trying it noted soy base filler and non caramelized onions with sheen present. First set of house jack and coke was great. Second round sent lightly made ,which is an understatement. The visiting manager Hannah remade and the returned drinks were adequate. Environment was load and rowdy due to other patrons. Also fruit flies observed at our table around drinks and food. Server was adequate while being understaffed. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

This is not a great location unfortunately, service was great and our server was amazing. The manager on duty was also very accommodating and sweet. However, there was a weird soaked-carpet smell and the food was pretty bad. It sucks because the service is great. Texas Roadhouse on Whitten Rd is 100x better, go there! Excellent all around. The atmosphere was very nice, the inside is very pretty, and the staff was pleasant and professional. The food was amazing! I don't eat steak often, but a co-worker told me that you could get parmesan crust on your steak, and I had to try it. I ordered the prime rib, medium-rare, and it came out perfectly. The parmesan was an excellent addition too, but it's not on the menu from what I can tell because it's probably not to everyone's liking. Waiter (Tayler) tried his best but facility was obviously understaffed. He was kind and did his best to be attentive. I got a LH burger and had to send it back twice for being undercooked, ended up just not eating and leaving hungry. Wife sent back her first soup (shrimp and lobster chowder), generally lacking anything resembling shrimp or lobster. Settled on French onion soup and it was primarily cheese and not onion. Ordered drinks and our first ones were great, second round was just soda. Manager (Hannah) came by at that point and fixed our drinks. Bill reflected exactly what we actually had so that was a plus. My husband and I beat the crowd by going to the bar, we had a lovely bartender who was very friendly. We ordered our steaks medium rare, and they took about 20mins, on arrival, both steaks were well done and chewy. I'm not a person who sends my meal back, but with both steaks over, we asked our bartender, and she did not hesitate to reorder our meals and apologize ( it was not her error, but i thanked her for caring). Once our steaks came the second time, they were perfect. As for drinks, we had a house margarita each. My husband also had an old fashioned and I had a Moscow mule. We enjoyed all the drinks. My husband and I just left and Taylor was an excellent server. Very professional and on top of everything. The food was cooked to perfection,my steak was ordered medium rare and my husband's medium and they were both perfectly cooked. I dont normally leave reviews,positive or negative,but the service,professionalism,the food,everything was far and above my expectations and I will be back in the near future and hoping to have Taylor again as our server and the same cook will be on the line. Zachary always provides great service at this location and the food and atmosphere were on par. The only downside is they get busy fast so I suggest thr calk ahead option if possible to make sure you don't have to wait, but the wait is worth it. The food is always great and proper pacing so of you order an appetizer or salad with your entree it is not delivered at once so you can enjoy the meal and not feel rushed. Very friendly staff, clean environment, and many positive interactions making this a go to restaurant of choice for my and my family. It is great for special occasions or just wanting to get out of the house and have something different when no one wants to cook at home. My wife and I were rather hungry but we couldn't find a non-chain restaurant via Google Maps in the area that we were comfortable with based on reviews. Thus, we decided on dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse. Truthfully, Longhorn Steakhouse is our "Go To" when we can't find something different that we are comfortable with. Most importantly, Longhorn Steakhouse has never disappointed us. We were greeted and quickly seated by a very friendly and welcoming Host, Abrianna who had a big and genuine smile. Our Server was Mylinh and Melissa assisted her. Both Mylinh and Melissa were simply awesome and they make a great team! Truthfully, all of the staff at this location were friendly, welcoming, and very pleasant. For an appetizer we had the Steakhouse Wings and Bread with Butter. For dinner, we both had the Renegade Sirloin Steak medium temperature. My wife had Broccoli and a Caesar Salad and I had a Sweet Potato and a Caesar Salad. All of our food was cooked to perfection and it was simple, delicious, and just the right portion. For a beverage, we had water with no ice and a 20 oz Samuel Adams Winter Seasonal Draft Beer. Honestly, Mylinh and Melissa made for an awesome experience and they both posse an amazing customer service and hospitality skill set which is a rarity in today's world.
