Before heading to visit 'Eclipsed Emporium' I was suggested by my wife to come and check out this place. She had seen it a few times driving by before. We came in for dinner and to our surprise they had pretty good Mexican food. Chips & salsas were homemade and delicious. She & I both had their Molé Burritos and our daughter had their Chicken Burrito. Drinks to accompany were Mango Margarita, Iced Tea, and Horchata. To end the meal we had their Churros & Horchata ice cream for dessert. Restaurant was clean, organized, their service was friendly & professional. Our waitress was above & beyond. Didn't remember her name,however she was very cute & bubbly. We would come back for their excellent service. 40 minute wait for party of 8 on a Friday during art walk, not bad at all! They had live music, dancing, and drinks outside to enjoy while we waited. Food was awesome. The butternut squash enchiladas are something really special! Our table enjoyed friendly service and everything really was wonderful. I can't wait to come back....maybe not when it is so crowded. Fabulous! Another 5-Star review to one of favorite restaurants in Long Beach. Kudos to the wait staff, especially Nancy, who gave us not only great service but gracious conversation. Thank you for allowing me to ask about your lovely makeup, especially your popping lip color! Lol! (Sorry, as an visual artist I always need to know these things!) The food is ALWAYS great here and the incredible green sauce they provide with the chips is ADDICTIVE! (Not sure of the name, but incredible is a great description! I gave 3 stars on Atmosphere for one reason alone. The background music is way too loud! Turn it down a little. It was all good 80's "skinny tie" music just too loud.
