I ordered via the telephone, an Old World Pepperoni pizza well done to be picked up. My time to pick up was 20 minutes after placing the order. When I walked in the lady gave me my pizza and in my own error, I gave her my payment simultaneously.... should've waited until I checked. When I did check, it was a regular a Pepperoni pizza with the middle section not looking well done. I asked to speak with a manager and although she was very pleasant, her answer to me was unsatisfactory. She told me they don't sell the Old World Pepperoni, although it was not told to me while ordering AND the pizza and picture are posted on the website.
