Used to go here in HS when the food was actually good, that was when it was owned by Lisa. I went last night and I was very disappointed. The service was underwhelming and the staff had no idea what they were doing. They left our appetizer plates on the table as we ate our meal and the two women working the front came over to us individual to tell us the same thing twice. There is no leadership at this restaurant. As for the food, it got worse...the only thing that was actually tasty was the wings and the fries. We got a philly cheesesteak and a BLT. The cheesesteak was soggy, meat was rubbery and the melted cheese was no longer melted by the time it got to the table (please look at the picture). The BLT was mediocre, the bacon was green and burnt and the mayo that was "on the side" caused severe complications among the servers. We asked for a few condiments on the side and they began to sass us and said "Do you really need anything else?" Oh and there was a hair in the mayo. See picture. If I could give zero stars I would. I normally go on Thursday with coworkers but we decided to go today which is a Wednesday. Cajun wings r usually excellent, but today they were terrible. Out of 12 wings 5 were seasoned, 2 had no seasoning and the rest were partially seasoned. A few of my coworkers were unhappy as well. Don't know what happened. My family and I used to love this place. That's when Lisa owned it. She sold it a while back and the food is not as tasty as it once was. In fact we were downright disappointed in our once fave choices, the chili and the soups. KIds meals were a disappointment, too. Used to get take out from there in the fall and winter on Sundays. Enjoyed eating the food as we watched football on TV. Just won't be doing that this year. Disappointed to see a once loved place change hands and lose so much of its good food and charm. Extremely disappointed in the service and how I was treated at this restaurant last night. I have been a customer of Lisa’s for more than a decade, and last night placed an order for pickup over the phone. I had used the menu that is on their website for pricing but when I got to the restaurant to pick up my food and pay, I noticed that the prices were different than what was on the menu - when I questioned them about that, they told me they have new prices and it hasn’t been changed on the website, this new menu was only available IN STORE (???). I had asked if they would at least honor the prices on the online menu. Apparently this was an obscene question because not only did they ignore me, they kept walking away and looked at me like I had 6 heads. If this is how you conduct business, I’m ashamed. The wings were also not great - very very crispy and didn’t taste fresh at all. Not sure if there has been new management or maybe it was just the employees working last night, but safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere and will be sure to not recommend Lisa’s . I love supporting local, but part of that is treating your community of customers right.

Not sure what happened to this place - it used to be a go-to but the bad customer service, wrong items and Jesus pamphlet included in the carry-out bag are a turn off. Ordered one type of salad and got something else with eggs & lettuce. Not even close. I was told to hold while they decided whether they would exchange it for the correct one. Since when did ordering an item off the menu and getting something different mean tough luck? Especially since my receipt backed up the correct order. Plus, the Ministries of Nuestro Pan Diario come to Jesus booklet they included was odd. Is this a thing now? Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

4/5 for Lisa’s! I always order a Buffalo chicken wrap, flour and hot. I ordered sweet potato fries this time and they were great! Crispy but could use some salt when still warm. Overall if you are looking for wings or wraps, it’s a great grab!

I used to love that place and ordered there frequently. The food was always fresh and the server would actually get the orders right. Not anymore. And I will not be returning. They started messing up my orders, burning my fries, and being obnoxious. The last straw was a young kid yelling at me when I pointed out my order was missing items that I was charged for. Then he proceeded to tell me he was going to call the police. Please do yourself a favor and find another local place this one is not it. They are terrible and I will not be going back ever.

Honestly the worst. Please beware !!! This place used to be good, great even a couple of years ago. However, throughout the years customer service and food quality has diminished substantially.This is coming from a long time customer, who lives in the community. I am interested in supporting small local businesses but when is enough, enough? Lets start with the customer service, they hired a bunch of high school kids that curse and berate customers. When the establishment is in the wrong!! You place an order and it is ALWAYS incorrect and missing things. You order on a card and they get the numbers wrong and even overcharge !! I've been ordering from here for over a decade and I am trying to WARN others!! There are other establishments that have good wings. GO ELSEWHERE. On top of that, the prices have SKY ROCKETED! If you are going to increase prices at least make sure your hiring competent employees not children. I encourage everyone to heed my warnings. GO ELSEWHERE !!

I mainly come here for the Wings as I've been a regular for a couple of years. The wings can be a hit or miss. My guessing is it depends on the cook who makes them or its the time of day they're being made. You can imagine near the end of the day, the fryer is probably filled with old grease. I try to make my orders as late as the early evening hours. I go for the Cajun style wings mainly as I think that's the only dry seasoning they have. Never been a fan of overly sauced wings. On my last visit, the Cajun wings were really good, with just the right amount of seasoning. It seems you can now request for all flat pieces which is good. Overall, the wings here are decent and worth a try. I don't order here as often as the wings have gone up in price over the last year. They're also not as good as Buffalo Wild Wings (web orders), but they make a good alternative as they're closer to me. My rating is the overall experience I've had with the wings themselves over the last few years.
