I visited from the east coast. Had the opportunity to eat from Lexi's Food Fusion. Had the jerk chicken one day and the fried whiting the second. Both were outstanding. Generous portions great price. We got the wings and the spaghetti dinners. Wings were great— seasoned well, really crispy outside and fall off the bone tender on the inside! The sweet potato cornbread was also great— first time having it and it felt like a dessert more than a side. Everything else wasn’t for me. The greens were super sweet. The mac and cheese didn’t have flavor and felt like velvetta was used. The homemade spaghetti claims to be a “whole new take on a classic dish” but it was mid and didn’t taste different from what you can make at home from the jarred sauce. But the wings were solid and if the other baked goods are as good as the cornbread then I’m sure they are worth it too. Food: 3

I would give it 6 stars if I could. I'm new to Indiana and let me tell you this is the BEST food you will come across quality, taste, and presentation wise! I usually order the Whiting Fish Platter that comes with sides that's always cooked to perfection consistently, and reasonably priced may I add! Travis and Larry are amazing at what they do. I cannot say enough good things about the meal we just ate. My husband and I are from Tennessee and this was some of the best southern cooking we have ever eaten. The greens were amazing as was the fried chicken, cornbread and Mac and cheese. The buttermilk pie was nothing short of phenomenal. Will definitely be back again when we travel to see ND play in November! This is our second time getting Lexis. Got the oxtail with braised greens and mashed potatoes, fiancé got jerk chicken Alfredo and son got the kids spaghetti. Everything was delicious! Highly recommended to everybody, guaranteed to find something on the menu for everyone! They also gave us 3 free cupcakes! Awesome job guys! My go to!!!! Hot food delivery and more than ample food. If you ever want to try oxtail this is the place. Greens are very tasty! Kudos to the chef (s). Not able to rate atmosphere right now.
