I normally don’t like to write reviews but I’m super disappointed with the phone service. I placed my order and left a tip to the driver. They told me 30 minutes it was almost an hour. I called back and they said it’s ready. I said wait I asked for delivery. They said we don’t have delivery today. I told them why you guys didn’t tell me this when I said include a tip for the driver. But yet they sure took the tip out of my credit card. Very unorganized.. person cashing out seemed very confused and wasn’t very personable.. ordered a large pizza and large order of breadsticks.. pizza was ok,the breadsticks had no flavor and they didn’t give us and sauce for the breadsticks.. was very excited when Lena’s opened in Dunkirk, but the quality and service there has not been the greatest.. definitely has gone down hill since they 1st opened!!!!
