We’ve been here 3 times now and the food is consistently good. Our first visit, we had a wonderful waitress who was attentive and gave great wine recommendations. In our last two visits, the food was still great but the service left much to be desired. We didn’t even get acknowledgment from our waiter or any water until we had been sitting for 20 minutes in to our reservation, and despite telling our server we were ready to order twice, he didn’t take it down until we had been there a full hour. I know the French are quite happy to be left alone and enjoy a long evening, but that definitely was not the vibe here — instead, our waiter kept telling us unprompted anecdotes about his lengthy experience in the wine industry while we were trying to have a conversation with our friends. Sucks because they have good vegetarian options and cocktails, and I love the interior design. The food is fantastic. Classic french done the right way. The prices are good considering the generous portion and the quality of the food. The service is very good with very friendly staff. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a big brasserie in France. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes French Onion Soup

This location of Left Bank is pretty much like the others, The food is great, the service is smooth, professional and friendly. And the prices are about what you would expect for the area. The French onion soup is delicious, definitely order the bread, it is very good, and we'd love the warm olives. The sliders were surprisingly tasty. And the cocktails were lovely.

My first experience at Left Bank Brasserie was on Galentine's Day, and it certainly left a memorable impression. With no reservation, we were lucky to find seats at the bar, where the bartender welcomed us warmly. Opting for the prix fixe menu, we started with classic Old Fashioned cocktails, expertly crafted and perfect for the occasion. For appetizers, I indulged in the crudo while my friend opted for the oysters, both of which were impeccably fresh and delicious. However, the excitement dwindled when our mains arrived. Despite the hefty price tag of nearly $60 each, the portions were disappointingly small. My sole dish, while tasty, felt like a mere half-filet, leaving me unsatisfied. To compensate, I resorted to heating up leftover fried rice from Monday's dinner post-restaurant, a move that underscored the lack of satisfaction from the main course. My friend's lobster risotto suffered a similar fate, as it arrived with only one measly leg of lobster. What's more, the mains were served in seemingly large plates but contained tiny portions, resembling bowls more than anything else. However, the dessert managed to salvage the meal experience. A delightful marshmallow-textured chocolate heart-shaped treat left us thoroughly satisfied, and we devoured it eagerly. Despite the highs and lows of the meal, the bill was a shocker, with each person shelling out $160. In summary, Left Bank Brasserie offers a mixed dining experience. While the ambiance and service were commendable, the value for money fell short, especially considering the underwhelming portion sizes. If returning, I'd perhaps opt for à la carte selections to ensure a more fulfilling dining experience.
