I think what they do best is appetizers. I had the egg dish before the pho and I was sorely disappointed with the pho broth after the eggs. In hindsight I should have just combined the dishes. The short rib is cooked well and a decent amount but doesn't make up for the broth. They make delicious drinks too. Amazing restaurant! Delicious innovative flavors at very reasonable prices. Probably the best restaurant in Bethel, and if you are anywhere around you should stop by! Also delicious cocktails.
