The female owner had really bad attitude. Her tone of voice is unacceptable. Don’t ever be late for more than an hour for your order pickup time or you will be blamed, even if you already paid online in advance. Not only I but another friend of mine both had negative experiences there on different occasions. So I’m sure we are not the only one feeling that way. Won’t go there again. Had an amazing experience for our child's birthday party. We reserved the playroom for our 3 year old and his 8 friends plus parents and some babies. The kids (ages 1-4) all had a blast in the play area which had a playground, lots of toys, and endless entertainment for the entirety of the party. They could have played there all night! There was plenty of room for all of the kids to sit and eat at a table and for the adults to relax and mingle. There was also plenty of room for us to setup food, beverages, and coolers in addition to what the bakery provided (pizza, juice, cupcakes). The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! We definitely recommend for a memorable experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have tried the majority of the desserts as well as the seasonal treats in the store. My family absolutely loved it!! My 2-year-old requested to have cake for breakfast :) and my 6-year-old is a big fan for all the chocolate flavored cake. My imaginary perfect weekend afternoon is to drop off the kids in the playroom and then indulge myself with coffee and desserts. Disappointing. No pastries in the case. Don’t come here for the food. The photos are deceiving and they don’t regularly stock any desserts. This is basically a glorified playground for children which would be good if you have children and need to drop them off and zone out for a few hours. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
