We moved to Pahrump a few months ago and have tried pretty much every mexican restaurant in town and many in Las Vegas. This is by far our favorite. The chips and salsa are really important to us and these are the best. All of the food is great! The service is top notch and you couldn't ask for a cleaner restaurant. We have stopped the search for mexican restaurants because we have found the best right here! We have tried almost all of the Mexican restaurants in Pahrump. This has been by far the best and the cleanest we have been to. We have been there many many times and tasted a variety of different things off the menu. All have been excellent . We went there on Valentine's Day and they had a shrimp enchiladas special which I tried. The photo below shows the shrimp enchilada special. It has white rice, which is different from their normal Mexican rice. They have the best chips and salsa. The first round of chips and salsa also comes with bean dip. It is family run including the chef It is located right behind Walmart. The best Mexican restaurant in Pahrump. Family owned and authentic Mexican food and great service. The rice is like the rice we used to get in Mexico, hard to find in the US.
