I have only been twice, but I feel like its worth writing about. This place is wonderful, with amazing baked goods of all shapes and sizes. I cinnamon rolls, and both were absolutely delicious.
Always worth a stop, and highly, highly recommended.

Woman was rude when I went to the counter and asked if they had pastries such as conoli. She just rolled her eyes and pointed at a few cakes they had prepared. When I asked her a second time she literly huffed at me and said, unless you called to pre-order something this is what we have as she pointed at the cakes again
A very nice bakery with somewhat limited hours but what place hasn't curtailed their hours. They have a wide selection of baked goods and are always willing to answer any questions to help with your choices. They seem to make an odd number of items at times such as when we wanted scones and were told they only made 3 that day. Good prices compared to the diner down the street. The eclairs are good. The diners are bigger but way more expensive and are actually too much to eat.

They definitely need to be in a more visible area!!! Unless you have heard of the Lake George Baking Co., or parked off the main drag, you'd never know they were there ;(
Their items are truly delicious. They have a nice selection of cookies, breads, pastries, and specialty desserts. I remember my mom taking us to our local Giant to get a napoleon as a special treat. The napoleon here is soooo much more than Giant's. For those who grew up in the 70s and early 80s, do you remember the Zinger??? The first bite of their coconut, raspberry slice will bring you straight back to your childhood!!!! Honestly, it is better than my childhood Zingers!!!
The raisin/cinnamon buns, OMG is all I can say. If you enjoy a hot cross buns, then you will definitely love these buns. Despite only having raisins, they have the same taste. Super ZUMMY!!
As I was making my selections, the bags sitting in the counter marked Stromboli kept "speaking" to me, lol! Do not let the price of $24.99 sway your decision to purchase one. I received instructions to re-heat the stromboli and the importance of keeping it laying flat. I used my toaster over at 400 to re-heat the stromboli for roughly 7 minutes. After getting it out and pairing it with marinara sauce, i was ready to dive in. The crust was probably the BEST I've ever had. Nice and crispy. The inside was filled with various meats and cheeses. I would love it if they had a supreme stromboli with pepperoni, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and lots of cheese!!! Thankfully, I live in Maryland, or my husband would be asking for the stromboli all the time. I make strombolis at home but they do not even come close to being as tasty as Lake George Baking Co's!!!
I would HIGHLY recommend the Lake George Baking Co. I would even purchase the items online if they were available to ship. The items I had were that delicious!!!
Staff is very friendly, and they take the time to help customers pick items that they will enjoy. You won't be disappointed.
An 8” choc cake was ordered w/ raspberry filling & buttercream frosting for a family Grad dinner party. It was absolutely delicious and beautifully decorated as requested! A-plus service!
