I recently stopped by La Place on my way to Schiphol and had the pleasure of trying their pulled chicken sandwich and loaded fries with pulled chicken and melted cheese. The pulled chicken sandwich was made with tender and juicy chicken, perfectly seasoned and topped with a tangy BBQ sauce. The bread was fresh and soft, and the sandwich was served with a side of crispy and flavorful fries. The pulled chicken cheese loaded fries were the perfect complement to the sandwich, with generous portions of chicken, melted cheese, and crispy fries. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was quick and efficient. The restaurant also offers a bright and modern setting, making it a comfortable and pleasant spot to grab a meal. The prices at La Place are reasonable, making it a great value for money. I did feel like the place looked a bit outdated, so maybe they can improve their interior a bit like other La Place places. The place we're they are serving the food is full of mices/rats. I had to run since I had several under my table. I asked for 30 minutes to talk with a manager and no one show up. The restaurant should be closed by the health authorities. The employés reply my that this is Amsterdam...😲😲😲 Check the video for more details... Very nice place to have a stop during the road trip. Great view on the road, very friendly staff and tasty food. Child seats are available. Also there is nice kids corner with a small slide. Parking is free.

This is my favorite La Place because of the view. The place is so spacious, the atmosphere is cozy and warm and you can get also a real fireplace for cold spring Dutch days. The food is so diverse, you will find everything beginning with soups to pizza, wok, grilled meat and delicious cakes. Love their approach, always good and fresh ingredients, clean space, friendly staff and amazing interior.

A surprisingly nice and clean truck stop. Not only there is a casino downstairs (not that I encourage gambling), there are lots to choose from at the dining area. From salad to fish and meat to even pizza. They simply have everything! Even better, items such as chicken, streak or fish etc. are even cooked from scratch. Recommended if you are on the road near Schiphol Airport.
