Hands down, the best pastelillos (fried, savory meat pastry) on the island. She's only there Fri-Sat (maybe Sun, not sure), and only until the food runs out, which it does usually by 1-2pm. They are very kind, speak both Spanish and English and bonus, accept ATHMobile! Fresh juices include Ajonjoli (Sesame seed), which is the best!! (May be an acquired taste for some.) I will go out of my way for her pastelillos.

We found this food truck last year and were excited to see it in the same place this year! (less than a block east of La Tiendita JulyMar) You won’t find better pastalillos and the Alcapurria ones are addictive. Very nice and extremely funny couple own the food truck. The fritter menu might change but usually includes conch, pizza, shark, and the amazing banana/pumpkin/beef alcapurrias.
