One of my favorite donuts. Both classic glazed or jelly filled. Going in just takes you back in time. Love to go w grandchildren. Coffee not as good as it used to be, a little too watwry and why I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Walked into the door and the smell of old grease hit our noses, so we should have stopped and turned around to leave but nope, we continued. It was only 11:15am and almost everything inside the case was sold out and was not replenished, so needless to say they did not have ANY donuts flavors we were looking for, only those with icing and sprinkles. They did not even have plain glazed available. While the lady behind the counter was very nice and apologized, I could not understand why they weren't preparing any donuts to replace what was missing from the purchase case.. but the belt was FULL of iced, and glazed, and others but those were "for prepackaged donuts" so we couldn't purchase those. Smdh. I just tried to show my mom visiting from out of town the great variety and tastes offered by this brand not available where home is, buy that was a bust! On top of all of that we currently smell the old grease on our coats..yuck! Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I really hope that the donuts taste better than the customer service given by the young - older lady a cashier.. As I said while I was in there, this is definitely not out regular location..this place has nothing on the SCobb location. Let’s just throw all the customer service out the window. I sent my son to get me a 3 pack because I knew the hot light would be on. He confirmed it was on but when he arrived with my donuts, they were cold as ice!!!! He didn’t have a long drive because I live right down the street. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ve been given cold donuts before and noticed it when I got in the car and brought them back in to exchange for hot. The person who took the donuts said,” oh you wanted hot donuts?” I couldn’t believe it!!! The hot light is on and you question if I wanted hot donuts opposed to cold?!!! Another lady walked back in and said she was given cold donuts also. Smh. I called the manager and she acted very nonchalant. Very poor customer service. She said well ma’am your son can just come back up here and exchange them. He had already left my house though. Either way it’s wasting gas and should’ve been correct the first time!
