Aw common. Both glasses of red wine I ordered had a 2 oz pour. Gumbo, jambalaya, and rice and beans were almost identical in ingredients, small portion, and not enough complexity i.e okra in gumbo. Dishes, even shareable were small. How expensive are rice and beans??? Bread was good as was the corn bread. Liked the duck but the risotto seemed strange. Out of onion soup at 5:30 pm. We live in St Joseph, and have loved Krewe ever since it opened. I would recommend it to anyone - local or visiting!! However, we just celebrated my birthday here knowing how wonderful it is. We ordered the Ribeye as a huge birthday treat. It came incredibly well done and was 50% fat. Our server never stopped to ask how our food was until she came to bring us the check and we had to leave. I did mention the fattiness because there was so much of it left on our plate (probably 10oz a 22oz ribeye), and she just said she would tell the kitchen. There really wasn’t much care and that made us sad :/ As I said earlier, we love Krewe and will continue to go, just had a bad experience with expensive food tonight and bummed that they didn’t seem to mind.
