Overpriced average breakfast meals, customer service seemed dazed and confused (high) couldn’t remember my order and wanted me to pay again for their mess up. I won’t be coming again

I'm not sure why this place has such good reviews. My bagel was burnt black on the top and bottom and the iced coffee was not good.

Love their coffee. Multiple brewed flavored coffee, seasonal flavors, pastries, and sandwiches. Good place for friends to meet up, as it is quieter and has good seating.
