I had their breakfast burrito on 2/11 the first time omg the best I had ever eaten. Boasted about it and brought friends today. Ordered the same burrito and it was bland the flavor profile was completely different off. Friend’s food was also missing any flavor. So just lacking consistency. Maybe I haven’t eaten out much recently, but I think this burrito was the best thing I put it my mouth this year. The cilantro pepita pesto was killer and I’m not sure if it was the haystack cheese situation or the garlic salsa, but it was the perfect touch of tangy with a slight hint of spicy. They have very smooth coffee and the worker look like they put a lot of care into making drinks. The drinks overall was good, but I do prefer drinks with a strong flavors and less creamier. A whole lotta roasting was goin on when I stopped by. Just an amazing smell and experience. It was venting outside and downtown Duluth has rarely smelled so good. Had a tasty cappuccino. High quality coffee and shop. Said thanks to the roasters as they are the folk that makes the world go round. Never fully appreciated them until now. Sorry bout that. Parking is on the street. A really pleasant and sunny place to sit and sip a coffee.

We were happily surprised that their espresso was awesome! It had a fruity and salty note in the back of the palate. It was smooth and it made an great cortado. They gave us a tour of the roasterie and we had an awesome conversation with one of the roasters. They were incredibly welcoming. Great customer service and great Coffee!
