I have ordered food here 7 times in the past year. All 7 times, the orders were screwed up! And not just a little, but to give you an example: Last time we ordered five wrap menus. All of the wraps were missing. Today maybe 20% of the order was correct; more than half of it missing and we got some stuff that we didn't order. The staff often doesn't speak Dutch and will ask you if you can speak English, however, they often don't understand English either.. Besides that, the atmosphere of this restaurant is.. bad. It's hard to feel welcome there. The staff is rude, and the environment just doesn't feel safe. Food takes insanely long to be made, and is always stone cold. It also tastes like it's heen sitting on a counter for far too long. If you try to call them because they messed up your order, again, nobody will pick up. Ever. I always have to drive back.. only to get a lackluster response from staff. They'll then re-make some of the food that's missing because they aren't willing to compromise.. and then when you get back to where you wanted to eat your food, it'll turn out that half is missing again.. This repeats itself for around three times until your order is finally complete-ish, or until you give up. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time order goes wrong. At least one position have to be a mistake. The amount of time you wait to receive your food is just ridiculous. 30 minutes for small order, on Sunday? Lack of regular equipment to serve food in? Is this KFC or circus? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good food. What you can expect from a fast food chain. Staff was kinda loud and rude though. Also the music in the bathrooms was so loud I felt like grabbing earplugs...

Service: Bad, it takes long until you get help at the cash desk. The electronic desk doesn't work or is very slow to respond. Drive through: bad. they show the menu, but you can not order everything, so you have to go inside. Atmosphere: it's bad, you it's one big echo inside, so you can't have normal conversations. Cardboard cup holder not meant to hold in 1 hand, had 2 reusable cups full with soda. After walking from my car to the door, the holder collapsed. Luckily, I could hold one cup. It was a chaotic place. The number of employees was not enough for the number of orders they receive especially around dinner time. The tables were dirty, the ice machine was out of order, the trash bins were full, and so many people were waiting for a long time to get their orders. A real disaster! Good KFC branch. Manage well for the huge crowd for hot items. Unfortunately too focus on hot items but neglect the regular items. I am more happy if I am informed if I need to wait or being offered for other options. Glad that one of the crew made me informed. Reasonable service. You can make it better KFC Uden. Not a bad shop to go.
