We don't recommend it, we were there a few minutes ago. We got a takeaway order, only to check it when we got home... Part of the order was missing, too late to come back, but it's a waste of money... the rest of the order was dry, hard and dried. Went last Friday. Waited 45 minutes for ‘fast food’. The racks were full of done buckets and burgers, but the staff only brought out one tray/order per minute, for some reason. The whole ground floor was crowded with ~100 unhappy people waiting endlessly for their order. The chicken was extremely dry and cold by the time we finally received our order. I had a chicken salad. Chicken was good, salad was OK. But I did get a small extra something with the salad (a small black bug). The screen with order numbers (ready for pick up) did not work. Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Was there later tonight picking up my order online. We were 30 min late to pick up but the young Dutch/Middle Eastern lady working the night shift was very understanding. She even changed out our cold food for hot fresh ones! Great service like that is really rare! Food was excellent as usually... It is our favourite fast food after all. But sorry to say while we were there the order took a bit long and they missed 2 items to our order. To 3 other tables around us happend the same sadly... at least they were on the continuous bad streak 😃 For the fact that they don't offer wet tissues no more I should also drop a star. Envoirment is one but dirty sticky hands while encouraged to eat using them... is another issue 🤔 A menu for 2 was 20€. KFC food was good as expected. One ordering board was not working. Waiting time was rather long. As it was warm we wanted to sit outside but all tables were dirty and lot of rubbish was laying on the ground. KFC can do much better. today I was once again in this place but this time I was eating inside, not to take away. And what I saw shocked me. the worst part is that none of the staff were not interested in it at all to clean it up. ice machine was very moldy. It's scary to think what a kitchen looks like, . words cannot express what you see

The chicken bucket was bathed in hair / feathers (not sure). The photo also shows a distinct breaded feather. I really regret noticing it only after eating 3 pieces, hope nothing else was there
