This is definitely one of the better looking KFCs I’ve been in. But unlike most of Hershey, the service and the food is pretty bad. You definitely expect a lot more out of the franchise, but it’s worth the drive to go to Harrisburg if you really want KFC. This establishment and Hershey is pretty terrible. I think they make good food and most of the workers are polite. Unfortunately the female worker who's there at 1200 Mondays must have a hard time dealing with the stress of the job. She wasn't welcoming and was flat rude. Also she forced me to pick come inside and pick up my order, refused to hand me my food through the window. When I came in she acted like my order was cancelled even though I had proof it was not. I was able to get my food thanks to the gentleman that the rude lady was working with. But overall not a good experience. If you really can't hand me my food through your drive through window there's no point having a drive thru window Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
