The sushi and service are great, a can of soda for the same as most charge for a fountain soda with free refills is a deal breaker for me. If a restaurant charges $2.50 for a can of soda when most restaurants charge $3-3.50 for a fountain drink with free refills that is price gouging in my opinion. The paper towels in the bathroom at this place were outstanding they were an excellent portion size for drying your hands. They were the pull out kind so you could take all you needed. This place has it all. Great atmosphere, super friendly services, amazing food and great prices!!! Ordered the chicken potstickers to start. Hot and fresh. Tasted yummy! Next, salmon sushi and salmon nigiri. Both tasted amazing!!! Will definitely be back to try the kung pow chicken and fried udon with chicken. Experience was amazing and sushi was very flavorful. I ended up going three times this week. I'm not sure if they have newer owners from when I came last year but I'm so glad I came in again. Service is fast and friendly. Place has been updated recently, great atmosphere now. They were willing to make a roll for my friend that she had asked about and they made it perfectly and made sure it's what she wanted. Highly suggest this sushi house over any other sushi in town, very thankful I gave this place another try. I just had dinner at Kaya Sushi & Noodle House. And I just had to give a review. We've been looking for good Chinese food and decided to try it at Kaya. So, we tried it, and oh my.... It was absolutely delicious! We ordered the Mongolian Beef, Kung Pao Chicken, Honey Walnut Prawns, and Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura. Generally, we like one or two dishes at other Chinese restaurants, but at Kaya, we loved every dish, and the fried rice that came with each dish as well! And, I have never really liked Honey Walnut Prawns before. The sauce would always be too sweet and the batter too heavy anywhere else I've tried it. There are probably some good Honey Walnut Prawns out there, but being disappointed so many times I've stayed clear of that dish at every restaurant. But at Kaya, their version was not too sweet. The batter was light and airy, and the prawns not overcooked...just delicious. It's gone from my worst Chinese dish to my favorite because of Kaya. But, all the dishes were delicious. When do you get a restaurant where each and every one of the dishes are to die for? When looking at the other reviews, I saw all 5 stars, where others' experiences are similar to mine, so others see what I see at this restaurant too. Anyway, this place is worth a visit by anybody who wants a great dining experience with top quality dishes. Try it, I bet you'll like it. This is my first time to Kaya. It is a new and fabulous find! Charles, Michael and Tris are so friendly, as well as educational. They have been a wealth of information on fish. The service here is beyond. I'm going to start with my last bite, which was myfavoritee bite. I have a great appreciation for all aspects of a restaurant, and I am pickier than most. The fried spring rolls were light, flavorful and luxurious. The nigiri was like buttah. The cuts of fish were beautiful and generous. I had the sake, maguro, and Hamachi. Incredible. The photos speak for the food better than I can. My afternoon at Kaya Sushi & Noodle was delightful. I can't wait to come back and try their pho, which takes two days to make. We love 101 Roll, so yummy and tasty in your mouth…also the Pho noodle, Bento..delicious..Amazing food! It’s flavorful and the restaurant has a positive and friendly environment. The customer service is amazing and the chefs are very incredible. This local restaurant puts quality first and does all that’s in their power to make the food amazing. Very recommended to try if your in Brookings, Oregon coast area 👍🏼
