I went there for lunch the other day and the food was excellent. I had meatloaf, collard greens, mac & cheese & biscuit. I’ve been wanting to go back ever since. Country cooking at its best. Delicious food!!! Best homemade food in loganville. We really needed something like this. Excellent breakfast, lunch and prepared meals. The food here is absolutely amazing! I hardly ever leave reviews, but I had to after eating the breakfast platter here. The biscuits are so soft and flaky! I have never had such a home cooked breakfast like that from a restaurant before. If you’re looking for great food, you have to try Katie’s Kitchen. $43 for lunch I feel is quite expensive. Meat and two vegetables and a burger and two sides, plus sweet tea(not the best) for each. First ordered the tenderloin after Katie said they had it...they didn't. The meatloaf was cold and drowned in ketchup. Mac n cheese bland and watery. Black-eyed peas were good. Side salad had almonds and cranberries. Probably should let your customers know what's in a side salad in case of nut allergies. Definitely not what I consider a side salad, which would be lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, and dressing. Straws are not in plastic or paper, just in a glass for everyone to touch as they get their own. Menu is a letter board hanging on the wall so easy to update and should be updated regularly to notify what is/is not available. Menu said they had collards but did not. Very friendly and apologetic for menu items not available. I still intend to come back to try the breakfast. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Went in for the first time Saturday for lunch. The food was really good. However, we all got the meatloaf and it was cold. Lunch prices are somewhat high for what you get. Maybe include a drink for that price as a friendly gesture. Like I said, first time in so will probably give it another chance down the road. I do wish them well in Loganville and agree with others that it is nice to have this type of restaurant in the city. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Stopped in today for breakfast and I'm gonna say, there was no disappoint! I had the salmon & egg biscuit, biscuit & gravy, and some corned beef hash topped with a fried egg. Woooo Weeee, that salmon biscuit and egg was amazing, and so was everything else. I'll be back to try out the lunch menu, very soon. But back to that salmon biscuit....... Y'all gotta try it! Most definitely something different for breakfast, for a change. I loved it!!!! The hospitality and customer service was top notch! Thank you Mrs. Katie for giving Loganville something different!
