I didn’t get the right kind of cream cheese, or tea. But regardless the donuts were extremely fresh and tasted amazing! Everything was so good, even with the accidental switch, it’s a busy place. 10/10 Meal type Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

12-5-2023 Tuesday I went to Jumbo Donuts today appt 3;00. I asked if the ho decaf coffee was fresh. The girl informed me it was about two hours old but it was hot. I then asked if she could make fresh pot.( decaf hot coffee has a bad taste after 1/2 hour at most) ..I was told no because it was a waste of money. I will never go back to Jumbos and I was actually a frequent customer. Jumbo also lost out today because I was going to order a hot sandwich and a donut and consider myself a good tipper. I actually drove off when refused a fresh cup of decaf. What a big disappointment!
