I recently moved to Charlestown during the summer and was looking for a new cafe to frequent similar to the one I was going to where I lived. I was greeted with 2 girls the first time rude and condescending as could be when I asked for the coffee flavors that I couldn’t find posted anywhere. I came back for a second chance and same thing. Today I had an issue with my bank at the register and the boy working sneered and laughed at me for it. I will drive however far is needed to go back to alaina's coffee. I feel at home they’re welcoming and like a second family. This is nothing the same. The attitude of the staff towards lower income college students is horrendous. I will never be back. The 2 stars is just because the coffee and pastries are good. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
