I order here a lot, and wonder why the bread is always so hard at this location?! Every time I order, it's hard every time. Can you please bake the bread a little less time? I used to work at a Jimmy Johns back in the day and know it should be on a timer.
Extremely unprofessional service tonight 2/11 at 5:30pm. Not sure why I had to walk through the drive thru when I selected lobby pickup . Not sure why there is a hand written sign saying “lobby closed” when the store was staffed. And finally not sure why all I was met with was a “here you go.” Who is teaching these kids customer service?

UPDATE: I revisited them 3 weeks ago. They fouled up and omitted a bag of chips. I used the online form to report the mistake with all the details on my receipt and never ever heard back. This restaurant management does NOT care. I love JJ sandwiches, but I'll never visit this one again unless I hear of new management.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: The food is good. But some time in the last 6 months I suspect maybe a management change resulted in much, much slower service. Sitting in an unmoving drive-thru line as I write this. I may visit less frequently.

After a handful of terrible experiences I've decided to let everyone know that it is in their best interest to simply avoid this franchise. From long wait times in drive-thru to 6 teenagers on shift being on phones, to ordering on door dash. Being charged and the business simply closing. I genuinely believe this franchise owner should simply get his license revoked. I don't understand how you could make any actual profit with irresponsible children running your management. Unacceptable.

food was good, the service is terrible. I literally ordered 4 sandwiches, and a pickle. The guy behind the counter makes the food, walks over, hands them to me, and says there's bags right there if you want them. So I had to bag my own food...why? oh, and the kicker, I am supposed to tip for this "service." this restaurant is in need of adult supervision, and training.

Went through the drive-thru and got 2 sandwiches. One of them was the spicy italian but it didn’t have the hot peppers on it. When I called to tell them, the person on the phone was rude and asked if I even ordered the peppers with the sandwhich. I told her the sandwich I ordered (#7) comes with the hot peppers and all she said is that she’ll remind the staff about it. No attempt to make the situation right. Won’t be going back to this one.

Disaster. Four items missing from my order. Computer “crashed” and had to reorder three times. No ice, so soft drinks were warm. One bag of chips was open and the other was just missing all together. Bummer. Short staffed so we waited 45 min- ridiculous!!

My girlfriend and I decided to go to Jimmy John’s for a “Quick Lunch” and turned into us waiting for 30 minutes in the drive through line before we got our lunch. It was very frustrating watching Culver’s speedy drive through service to our right while we waited for the four cars ahead of us to receive their food. Once we made it to the delivery window, we were given the wrong order… after notifying them of this mistake immediately after receiving another’s customers drink, we had to wait another five minutes for our correct order. After we got home, my girlfriend’s order was so incorrect that she couldn’t eat the sandwich. I understand good work is hard to come by (especially if they’re teenagers) , but a great leader for the team is the start. Hopefully this Jimmy John’s team will figure it out.

We stopped by the Jimmy John's in Cottage Grove the other night to have a meal. Five boys were standing around, goofing around and eating a sub where food is prepared. One of our children went to the lady's bathroom while my husband and I were looking at the menu. No one was in the dining room and not all of the tables had been wiped. The young man at the register then said "Just to let you know, we are not allowing anyone to sit in the dining room." Looking at the boys who were not doing anything, I asked the teenager, "Is there something wrong with the dining area?". He said "No, we don't want anyone eating there because we don't have enough people to clean the tables."
We could not help but laugh a little.
Then, my daughter comes out of the bathroom saying that it was not in good condition, there was no paper towel and barely any toilet paper. Not to mention, unclean. When we informed them of this, they all just stood there looking awkward.
While we understand that help is hard to come by these days and working with teenagers is a necessary evil. ;) I would hope that these young men make better choices. We care about the health of restaurants and the growth of good employees. We decided not to eat there and went to Culver's instead.
